CandicePikeInMotion is a not-for-profit organization that supports the creative and community-building work of a group of dance/movement artists.

We build on the work that Candice Pike has done over the past decade to create and share dance using practices that centre care, belonging, emergence, and rural approaches.

Our 2024 initiatives include Ruralesque, Track, and a infrastructure project to install and make sprung dance floors accessible to dance artists and students in Corner Brook, NL.

Support us 

As a not-or-profit organization we rely on the support of friends, funders, and supporters.

We operate on a project-by-project basis. Sometimes we take on big projects like Ruralesque and Track. And other times we make smaller, behind-the-scenes contributions that support education and capacity building for dance in our community.

In 2024 we included over 50 professional, community, and student artists in our performances and welcomed hundreds of audience members and workshop participants into our world.

We are resourceful and generous, but need your help to make sure that our creation, production, and educational projects can continue.
